Veronica Rodriguez has been working as an assistant paralegal for the past 14 years. She is fluent in Spanish, and she has studied Criminal Justice at El Centro College. Veronica’s expertise in personal injury cases allows Eberstein & Witherite to utilize her for processing a variety of assignments, including client intake, assisting attorneys with court documents and preparation of demands, and coordination of medical care. She is a loving wife and mother of four children, and she enjoys playing with her English bulldog and watching the Dallas Stars and Dallas Cowboys.
