Summary of Guidelines

These guidelines pertain to anyone who wishes to use the logos or other trademarks, or copyrighted material of Eberstein Witherite LLP and its affiliates in connection with online or printed publications, advertising, promotional materials, and informational use. These items may be subject to changes, making it necessary to periodically revise these guidelines. It is the responsibility of users to ensure they are in compliance with the most current versions.

General Use Trademark Guidelines

Use of any Eberstein Witherite trademark constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein. You as a user also acknowledge that Eberstein Witherite is the sole owner of the trademark/s and agree to not interfere with the firm’s rights of use, or harm or misuse them. Except for the limited right to use Eberstein Witherite trademarks explicitly granted in accordance with these guidelines, no rights are otherwise granted. Any goodwill that may be consequential to Eberstein Witherite trademark use will be solely owned by the firm.
