A native of Dallas, Brian spent his formative years in South Dallas. He is proud to know the entire city as well as, or betterthan, anyone. Growing up in a Texas family with more than a century of history in the state, including West Texas, Brian’s familiarity with many areas of the state is a benefit to clients. Brian is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas and the father of five adult children all raised in Dallas. His daughter and four sons continue to work in the Dallas legal, real estate, and securities communities. A star baseball player throughout his school years, Brian continues to meet fellow teammates and baseball opponents in his travels in and around Dallas. He is recognized for his past baseball successes second only to his sustained legal prowess.
With nearly four decades of legal experience, Brian has dedicated the past 25 years of his practice to representing injured Texans and their families in personal injury, business litigation, and insurance bad faith claims litigation.
