Raised and educated in Fort Worth, Texas, Attorney Amy Witherite became a notable scholarship athlete for a top 10 women’s swimming program early in her college career. She went on to receive her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law and subsequently began working for one of the oldest and largest law firms in the state of Texas in 1993. Two years later, Amy relocated her practice to an insurance defense law firm, acquiring knowledge of the strategies and procedures used in defense of insurance companies, which she later began to utilize to defend her injured Texas clients. Kris was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida where he graduated from Leon High School in Leon County. Throughout his high school career Kris was a member of several clubs and organizations including the varsity crew team. After graduating high school, Kris attended the University of Texas where he earned a BA in Business Economics. He then worked for a mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering firm for five years before making the decision to pursue a law degree. Kris chose to attend Southern Methodist University both for its fine academic reputation as well as the opportunity to live and set roots in Dallas. He stayed in Dallas after law school, and immediately began representing injured plaintiffs against insurance companies. Kris joined Eberstein Witherite, LLP, in July of 2011, where he seamlessly fit into the Eberstein Witherite culture of providing quality representation for all of the firm’s clients while managing to maintain the personal one-on-one relationship that each client expects and deserves. John was born in Kansas City, Missouri and spent his formative years on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. He attended the College of William and Mary in Virginia, where he played football. After graduating college in 1991, he took a year off to pursue one of his passions, snow skiing, and moved to Colorado. He then attended Oklahoma City University School of law and graduated in 1995.

Victor grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Klein High School where he lettered in Wrestling and became Team Captain during his senior season.
