The Board has approved Amy to litigate personal injury claims at all levels of the Texas state and federal courts.  

Recognized by her peers as a superior litigator, Amy Witherite repeatedly has been named as a prestigious Texas Super Lawyer and was recently honored as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Texas.  Amy Witherite serves as past chair of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) Board of Advocates, is a fellowship member and on the board of directors of TTLA, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.  She is also a highly sought-after lecturer at legal profession seminars.
